    Turnaround times for Graphic Design services vary from 7 business days to 14 business days, depending upon the service. The exact turnaround time can be located under every description of the desired service you are interested in. Rush fees can be applied to E-flyers only. Adequate time is needed to design to ensure the best quality for your projects. Please be sure to book your services according to your timeline, while keeping the turnaround time in mind.
  • How much is ______?
    You've come to the right place, all pricing is listed on my ashlynnracquelmedia.com ! You can find the pricing under the "shop graphics" tab for graphiCS. Prices for logo development, and web development can be found in their self titled tabs.
  • What is your availability?
    MY CREATIVE HOURS Monday - Thursday : 10am - 6pm Friday - Consultations Only Saturday - Sunday - CLOSED Holidays - CLOSED
  • What if I need something that isn't on the site?
    I offer several items that I do not have lisited on the site simply because they aren't as popular as the other services. Feel free to reach out via email book@ashlynnracquel.com if you have a question regarding anything you'd like to have designed.
  • How do you communicate with your clients?
    As of January 1, 2023, All communication is done via EMAIL! No business will be done via dm, or anywhere else. Questions via social media are always welcomed and encouraged, but no order can be placed via DM.
  • Can I have the native files?
    The only native file that is provided to clients at no charge are the native files to logos! Please note, the PSD / AI file includes all the layers of the finalized artwork and will be released once payment is received. Any additional native files that are offered will be detailed in the description of each individual service.
  • How do I calculate my turn around time?
    Turnaround times do not begin until Ashlynn Racquel Media receives ALL necessary requirements to complete your order. Once all requirements are received, the client is asked to allow 24-48 business hours for review. This is to ensure there is no missing information or confusion, which will ensure that there be no further delay during the creation process. Please be sure the turnaround time for your services align with any potential deadlines you may have. Each service outlines the details of turnaround time and how to ensure your items are delivered promptly. Please note: revision time is not included in turnaround! Ashlynn Racquel Media is not responsible for any deadlines that are not met if the order is not booked accordingly.   • Do You Provide Refunds?
    Please understand that under no circumstance can a refund be given after the purchase.
  • What Payment methods do you accept at checkout?
    Ashlynn Racquel Media offers three forms of payment at checkout. The first form is credit or debit card. The second form is PayPal. The third form is Sizzle. We do not accept cash app, zelle, etc.
  • What is your turnaround time?
    Turnaround times for Product Photography services vary from 7 business days to 14 business days (ONCE PRODUCT IS RECEIVED), depending upon the package selected. Rush fees can be applied -- please select the checkbox to do so! Adequate time is needed to product quality imagery to ensure the best quality for your products. Please be sure to book your services according to your timeline, while keeping the turnaround time in mind.
  • What is the difference between white background only & creative concepts?
    Amazing Question! White background only is just that! Your products will be shot on a solid clean white background for a clean sleek look! Creative Concept + White Background solid clean white background for a clean sleek look + a creative concept chosen by Ashlynn Racquel Media. This could include: fruits, plants, stones, or additional products to add a unique style to your images. Attached is an example image below:
  • What kind of products do you shoot?
    At this time we only shoot products in the following categories: Skincare Hair Brands Lash Products or similar Hair Products (Shampoo's, Conditioners, etc) At this time we DO NOT do clothing!
  • How does shipping work?
    PRODUCTS MUST BE SHIPPED TO ASHLYNN RACQUEL MEDIA (PRICE INCLUDES A SHIPPING + RETURN LABEL FROM ASHLYNN RACQUEL MEDIA) Once content is shot -- all products will be shipped back to the client. Please make sure your return address is valid! After the first attempt fails, client must pay a $25 re-ship fee.
  • How will you get to know me and my business?
    Before we even begin building your social media strategy Ashlynn Racquel Media like to review your inquiry form and then having a virtual or in-person coffee chat! By forming a strong working relationship, it’s much easier for us to really get to know you and your business and how to best represent your brand online.
  • How do you create a social media strategy?
    To create your social media strategy, it’s important we understand what you wish to achieve from using social media. Whether it be an increase in sales, enquiries or website traffic, we can use this information and tailor it around the content we create.
  • What do you need from me, to create the content?
    This all depends on the type of posts you want to publish. If you build conservatories, for example, and you want to showcase your work, we will ask for reviews, case studies and photographs, so we can show potential customers your work online. Ashlynn Racquel Media, does require all clients to have high quality images, and a nice bulk of content before we begin working together. This ensures consistency and proper branding for success.
  • How do I send you content?
    You can send us content (written or image based) through email or we can set up a Dropbox, or a linked photo album via iPhone which makes transferring larger files more accessible.
  • How do you schedule posting of content?
    Ashlynn Racquel Media uses an advanced social media software which allows us to control the scheduling over multiple platforms, all from one place. By scheduling posts in advance, we are always prepared, each post is planned and scheduled ahead of time as this gives you and us plenty of time to change or adapt posts before they have been published.
  • Why should I outsource social media management?
    Outsourcing social media management is an effective and efficient way of growing your online presence if you simply don’t have the time to do it yourself or you are unsure where to start. Having your social media managed externally gives you more time to engage with customers face-to-face and build stronger relationships in person that will translate onto the online world.
